Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Gluecrawl subscriptions. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

Access to Gluecrawl is offered on a subscription basis. When you subscribe, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor and, unless cancelled, recurs automatically for successive billing periods.

2. Requesting a Refund

You may request a refund for your subscription by contacting us at support@gluecrawl.ai with the email address associated with your account. We review refund requests individually and, where a request is approved, the refund is issued back to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not, on its own, refund the current billing period unless a refund is requested and approved, or unless a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is processed back to your original payment method through our third-party payment processor. It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such law grants you greater rights — including any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period — those rights apply.

6. Payment Provider Terms

Refunds may also be subject to the terms and processes of the third-party payment provider used to complete your transaction.
